Cement worm conveyor
Fránek, Martin ; Malášek, Jiří (referee) ; Škopán, Miroslav (advisor)
This bachelor project contains of a detail and design of a sloping cement worm conveyor. The project consists of technical specifications and drawing documentation. The technical specifications deal with basic design, calculations and stress analysis. The drawing documentation reflects the main assemble conveyor, a bill of material and welding assembly of the spiral worm.
The concept of electric motors used in vehicles
Polnický, Vít ; Repka, Martin (referee) ; Böhm, Michael (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with the description of electric drives concepts in current vehicles. In the first part, the basic principle of the electric motor is explained, and different types of electric motors are described in detail. In the next part of the thesis, the electrified vehicles are divided into three groups according to the power share of electric motor for vehicle propulsion. The groups are further subdivided according to the powertrain arrangement in the vehicle, indicating the advantages and disadvantages of each concept. In the third part, specific vehicles from each group are presented and compared in terms of performance, range and price. Finally, the concepts are evaluated and a possible development is outlined.
Iverter for three-phase motor
Mikuška, Martin ; Červinka, Dalibor (referee) ; Knobloch, Jan (advisor)
This master’s thesis goes into design of particular circuits for three phase inverter. Inverter’s control is ensured by digital signal controller MC56F8013 with his program. Principle of control is suggested for individual motors. Inverter design considerate universal use and capability for any three phase motor. Particular blocks are compatible each other.
Microprocessor controlled BLDC motor inverter realization
Mikuška, Martin ; Cipín, Radoslav (referee) ; Knobloch, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis goes into electronic commutated motors, their inverters and specific parts of the general pulse converter. Next it is described step-down converters, push-pull converters and the principles that are supported by practical exercises. The next part describes the design of the power transistors driver and problems of galvanic separation by optocouplers.
Design of a desk coin sorting machine
Uhrová, Simona ; Čípek, Pavel (referee) ; Svoboda, Petr (advisor)
The bachelor thesis demonstrates the design concept of a low cost electromechanically driven coin sorter that can be created by the utilization of additive manufacturing, specifically 3D printing. Technical drawing documentation of the chosen design concept is then provided as well as insight into the 3D printing process. In the conclusion, the working model of the coin sorter is created, and an analysis is offered of potential problematic areas as well as possible improvements and extensions.
Electric drive for motorcycles
Černošek, Martin ; Kloss, Ondřej (referee) ; Kaplan, Zdeněk (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on rebuilding of the combustion engine powered motorcycle to the electromotor powered motorcycle. In the thesis is chosen the suitable electromotor, next is designed the accumulator system, then is created the construction design of location electric system in the motorcycle frame and at the end is made the strength analysis of the mechanical parts. For the construction design is created 3D model in SolidWorks. The diploma thesis is also focused on comparison the motorcycle powered by combustion engine and the motorcycle powered by electromotor in the Supermoto race.
Alternative Drive of Automobile
Dubský, Jiří ; Kloss, Ondřej (referee) ; Kaplan, Zdeněk (advisor)
This bachelor work deal with problems alternative drive for automobile with narrower intent on hybrid drive. Features run - down and description possible options for drive cars. Further is focused on cars with hybrid drive and on problems hereof unconventional drive with presentation characteristic feature, advantages and disadvantage.
Trends in the development of hybrid vehicles
Šebesta, Filip ; Pech, Ondřej (referee) ; Štětina, Josef (advisor)
This bachelor is aimed on making a survey of modern electric drives and hybrid cars. For each kind of drive out their properties, structural design, usage, advantages and disadvantages. It also describes new trends and technology of hybrid vehicles. In conclusion, the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of hybrid drives and internal combustion engines. Assessment of the availability and economy of operation.
Modelling of linear power drive with DC motor for control purposes
Vrbka, Michal ; Březina, Lukáš (referee) ; Houška, Pavel (advisor)
In my diploma thesis, I developed the model of a linear actuator for the control purposes. The first part summarizes the literature research of currently available linear actuator systems. The work further describes some of the capabilities of the simulation environment Matlab which was used for the creation of the computer model of linear actuators. In the last part, this theoretical model is compared with already available physical model of the system.
Electrotechnical equipment of electric transport machinery
Václavík, Lukáš ; Balabán, Bedřich (referee) ; Huzlík, Rostislav (advisor)
This work is meant as overview of current technologies and trends in electromobils and hybrid vehicles. This work is divided in four parts first deal with components setting in vehicles and summarising differences, second part focus on components as electromotor, accumulators, third part focus on charging and refiling fuels and fourth deal with possibility of spreading charging stations in Czech Republic.
